Sea Bass grilled in a Weber® Griddle
- 2 sea basses
- 2 Onion
- 2 Garlic
- Red Pepper
- 1 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
Heat your Grill up to 130°
cut the onions, garlic and red pepper in little pieces.
Put the sea bass in the Weber® Griddle - season it well with salt & pepper
Add the sliced veggies to the sea bass and set the griddle on the grill.
put the lid on it.
let cook for 10 min then turn the sea bass around and let sit for another 10 min.
Take the griddle off the grill and put it in the BBQ Chef Board.
Cut two lemons in halves. Press the lemon-juice over the roasting fish.
Now you can serve the fish hot and tasty in the griddle on the table without cooling the meal.
